Microchem Group wants to recruit a Client Service Representative, based at our lab in Stikland, Bellville.

Job Summary:
- Manage the new business process.
- Quotations
- Onboarding
- Act as a brand ambassador and generate positive client experience through all client interactions.
- Provide excellent client service and follow up with clients regarding quotes, queries and complaints.
- Sales Administration.
Must have :
- National Diploma: Food Technology/Equivalent qualification
- Clear criminal record
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a SAHPRA accredited facility.
