Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register accurately and process customer payments
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to business standards
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, equipment, and dining space
- Handle cash responsibly and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Assist with stock control, restocking, and basic food preparation
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements
