We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Assistants to support our technicians in service, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC). This role is perfect for a hands-on individual eager to gain experience in a dynamic technical environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
As our HVAC Assistant, you will:
- Complying with Health and Safety Requirements
- Support Repairs and Maintenance
- Installation Support
- Equipment Maintenance
- General Site Preparation
- Team Collaboration
- Preventative Maintenance
- Site Setup and General Housekeeping
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience:
- Minimum 2- years’ experience within the HVAC environment (beneficial)
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric (Mandatory)
- Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred but not mandatory)
- N1 – N4 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (advantageous)

Technical Skills:
- Basic Mechanical Understanding – Learn about machines, tools, and HVAC system components.
- Equipment Maintenance – Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.

- Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in tasks, from cleaning to assisting with installations.
