Motor Sales Executive – Citton Cars

Citton Cars is one of Pretoria’s leading privately-owned second-hand vehicle dealerships. We are a fast-growing, dynamic company seeking a motivated and experienced Motor Sales Executive to join our team.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in motor vehicle sales
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with systems such as VMG, Signio, or AutoSLM is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing customer needs and showcasing appropriate vehicles
- Arranging and conducting test drives
- Negotiating trade-ins, pricing, and financing options
- Completing all necessary paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Promoting accessories and after-sales services
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets

- Strong product knowledge of motor vehicles

- Financial literacy and basic negotiation capabilities

- Ability to sell both in-person and telephonically

Remuneration Package
- Basic salary + Commission structure
