Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the switchboard and manage incoming calls and messages.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and stationery control.
- Support Finance and Administration teams with ad hoc tasks.
- Document and process walk-in Shesha/Womoba sales accurately.
- Adhere to Tsebo’s SHEQ standards and policies.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years in reception, customer service, or administration.
