Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate the switchboard and manage incoming calls and messages.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and stationery control.
  • Support Finance and Administration teams with ad hoc tasks.
  • Document and process walk-in Shesha/Womoba sales accurately.
  • Adhere to Tsebo’s SHEQ standards and policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications Education

  • Matric (essential)
  • Administrative Diploma (advantageous)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in reception, customer service, or administration.
