The Treasury Operations Graduate role is designed as an entry point into the world of treasury, offering structured, hands-on experience within a specific functional area.


Successful candidates will be placed into one of TreasuryONE’s core operational teams, such as:

  • Cash and liquidity management
  • Treasury operations
  • Treasury systems and implementations

From day one, you will build depth in your assigned area while developing a strong foundation in treasury, financial processes, and client service.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Finance, Economics, Investments
  • OR Mathematics, Statistics
  • OR Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
  • (Honours degree advantageous)

Experience:

  • 0–2 years (including internships or part-time roles)

  • Strong numerical reasoning and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work with data in a structured and methodical way
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, economics, or quantitative concepts
  • Ability to follow processes with high accuracy
