Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register accurately and process customer payments
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to business standards
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area, equipment, and dining space
  • Handle cash responsibly and follow all cash-handling procedures
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Assist with stock control, restocking, and basic food preparation
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Cahier/Barista experience
