Duties & Responsibilities
• Front desk reception and customer assistance
• Answering and managing telephone calls
• Processing supplier and customer orders
• Staff timesheets administration
• Preparing quotations
• Petty cash management
• Stock control and stock administration
• Sage Accounting assistance
• Managing safety files, tender documents, and related administration
• Managing emails and general office administration including managing factory staff
• Microsoft Office duties including Word and Excel
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Previous admin experience preferred
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Computer literate
• Experience with Sage Accounting will be advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle direct communication professionally
Package & Remuneration
R15,000.00- R20,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
